Refund policy

At Grid Studios, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Refunds for Damaged Goods

We accept returns and offer order replacements/ refunds only in the case of items that arrive damaged.

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be emailed to gridstudios.pk@gmail.com .

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

What Happens Next?

Once we review and approve your claim:

  • We will offer you the choice of a replacement item or a full refund, based on stock availability.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage upon arrival (e.g., change of mind, slight color variations, or size misjudgment).

  • All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
