Welcome to Grid Studios. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.gridstudios.pk) and the purchase of any products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  • All content on this site is the property of Grid Studios and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website (or any part of it) without notice.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Grid Studios is not responsible for payment issues arising from your banking institution.

4. Shipping

  • We deliver across Pakistan. Shipping times and fees are provided at checkout.

  • While we strive to meet stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss and ownership transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Handmade Product Disclaimer

A significant portion of our collection—especially our marble décor pieces—is handmade by skilled artisans. As such, slight variations in color, texture, size, and shape are natural and to be expected. These are not defects but rather characteristics that reflect the unique nature of handcrafted products.

We encourage customers to embrace these subtle differences as part of the charm and authenticity of handmade design.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We only accept returns and offer refunds in the case of damaged items received, as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo evidence.

  • Requests based on natural variations in handmade items will not be eligible for return or refund.

7. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to represent all products as accurately as possible. However, due to the handcrafted and natural nature of certain materials (such as marble), minor differences may occur.

  • Grid Studios does not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or dimensions are entirely error-free or uniform.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, product designs, images, and content are the intellectual property of Grid Studios.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Grid Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products. Use of our products is at your sole risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
